Stepping into the quaint artwork filled hideaway, you are greeted by a warm, peachy atmosphere and lush indoor jungle that is our little Collingwood studio.
Our home away from home.
Soft lighting, chilled music and the scents of our favourite oils burning fill the space with all of the good vibes you may not expect to find in a tattoo studio - though be warned, you may hear the occasional client snoring during your visit! (hehe)

so, who is inez?

Inez is a total Collingwood legend and great-grandmother to INEZ TATTOO's founder, Montana.
With Montana's middle name and the studio both being namesakes, Inez's local legacy lives on!

Born and raised, Inez is a well-remembered, colourful character of the Collingwood scene. The whole family's history is rooted in the suburb, so the creative hub has always held a precious place in Montana’s heart – which is why settling the studio here after 10 years feels so special.

The lady and legend who inspired it all lived in Collingwood from around 1922 and stuck around her whole life. Inez worked in many of the local factories, one even being on the very same street that INEZ TATTOO now resides – how's that for a full circle moment?

Back in the day, she was the kind of lady who could walk into any of the local pub’s and people would instantly scramble to hold open the door, pull out her chair and buy Inez a drink, famously ignoring any one around her.
She certainly made a grand impression, as to this day there are still locals in the neighbourhood who have recognised the name and been sweet enough to share their treasured tales and photos with Montana.

A battler of breast cancer herself, Inez's journey touched Montana deeply and fostered her dedication to enriching the lives of breast cancer survivors.
With INEZ TATTOO paying homage to Inez’s spirited and impactful existence, Montana strives to give back to the community that fondly remembers her great-grandmother.
